As we prepare for our next major stage of growth, we are seeking world class service companies to partner with as we restructure our Service Department and Network to accommodate our anticipated growth. Specifically, we’re thinking world class service companies.

 

We are conducting Service and Sales Training on October 3rd and 4th at:

Service Training will be on October 3rd and last about 6 hours. Matt Worthen, our Service Manager will be training on how to service, trouble shoot and adjust our equipment. We will have planetary and spiral mixers, bowl choppers, and slicers to train on. On October 4th, our National Sales Director will have Sales Training on our equipment, focusing on key selling points that separate ourselves from the rest!

The Service Training will allow your company to join our Authorized Service network and receive:

• 50% off list price for parts sales

• No handling fee on parts and accessory orders

• A 10% premium on all inventoried parts used to service equipment under warranty

• A list of our top selling (SUGGESTED) parts for your consideration to add to inventory

• Conditional free freight for MANDATORY and SUGGESTED parts

• A restock fee of 25% any other time, versus 35% for everyone else

• Conditional guaranteed payment for warranty assignments that end up not being warranty when end user won’t pay

• Training for your technicians and sub-agents that includes onsite, webinars, etc

Evan Priesel and Mike Bodouin have booth signed on to work with Univex respectfully within their department!

 

Mike, a Salem State University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Graphic Design, has joined Univex as their Marketing Associate. As a Digital Marketing Manager in his previous positions for 2 start-up companies, Mike was qualified for a fast-paced & established company like Univex where he can put his creative and enthusiastic attitude to work!

Evan, a graduate from Southern New Hampshire University, where he obtained his Bachelor Degree in Business Management with a Concentration Minor in Marketing. With his knowledge and creativity plus extremely hard work ethic, Evan moved up the ranks fairly quick in his previous position starting as a Business Development Representative and working his way to an Account Executive within his first year on the job. With over 2 years of management experience, Evan joins Univex as our Marketing Manager, taking control of day to day marketing activity, event coordination, advertising and sponsorships!
